Before falling into the Autumn season ahead, I like to take stock in what I’ve accomplished in the season that’s wrapping up!

Some of the nutrition classes I taught at Sonoma Yoga this summer were Eat real food & simple rules to live by, Seasonal food & protein sources year round, The Positive impact of mindful eating, but “Never Diet Again; creating a sustainable eating lifestyle” was by far the most popular class.
