What clients can expect from the 1:1 sessions (which all will lead to a healthier, happier you):
In the initial comprehensive meeting (60 minutes), we will review the client’s health history and begin shaping his/her personalized health plan.
In follow-up sessions (45-60 minutes), we will review and fine-tune the plan to suit changing dietary and lifestyle needs.
We will work to accommodate likes, dislikes and health goals.
We will compliment any existing medical conditions or other therapeutic treatments.
We will focus on the importance of eating whole foods, and working with practical recommendations that will assist in achieving realistic health goals.
Personalized recipes, meal planning ideas and applicable reference material can be provided as well as supplementation and lifestyle recommendations.
Customized Meal Planning for Individuals or Families: Two 7-day plans
30 minute preliminary call with family/contact person: Jeanne will learn the client’s preferences, health goals/needs and food sensitivities
meal plans will emphasize the importance of eating whole foods, and include practical recommendations that will assist in achieving realistic health goals while eating delicious food
extra tid-bits provided for additional recipes and meal planning resources
Kitchen & Pantry “Cleanse” [residential or workplace kitchens], 2.5 hours in your kitchen included, longer sessions available
15-20 minute preliminary call with family/contact person: Jeanne will learn the family preferences, needs, food sensitivities
De-cluttering your pantry of old items (If any)
Consultation on items in question regarding eating healthy and whole foods; discussing healthier replacements
Tips on what to/not-to keep stocked for ease-of-use in your everyday healthy home cooking
Client will be provided with a “keep-stocked” list and tips on HOW to store for freshness
Add on: Jeanne purchases healthier / fresher alternatives to anything that needs a replacement and identifies where clients can get these great items in the future
